Pinsi can produce Single-head, Double-threaded and Multi-threaded Ball Screws. Do you know the difference between single-head, Double-threaded and Multi-threaded Ball Screws?
The PINSI double-headed ball screw is composed of the rolling channel groove for the spiral groove at both ends or above. The use of multi-head spiral groove combination, so as to increase the spiral rise angle on the premise of ensuring the transmission power, improve the displacement speed of the transmission, to meet the need for low speed and large displacement of the transmission occasions. Compared with the single-head ball screw, the multi-head screw has higher transmission efficiency and low transmission torque, which can achieve fast transmission or positioning.
The PINSI double-headed ball screw is composed of the rolling channel groove for the spiral groove at both ends or above. Compared with the single-head ball screw, the multi-head screw has higher transmission efficiency and low transmission torque, which can achieve fast transmission or positioning.
The difference between PINSI multi-head ball screw and PINSI single-head ball screw: The load of the general double-head screw is about 60-70% larger than the single head. The processing process of the double-head ball screw is relatively difficult. Compared with the PINSI single-head ball ball screw, the transmission efficiency of the multi-head ball screw is higher, and the transmission torque is small, which can achieve rapid transmission or positioning. Because of the large spiral rise angle, it is easier to slide, and the rotation friction between the screw and the nut is small, so it cannot self-lock.
The PINSI multi-head ball screw has multiple rollers under the same lead, which means more balls in it and more loads, so the long ball screw has more loads than the single-head screw; and is more accurate than the single-head screw. Single head and long spiral up the angle is the same, the rotation torque is larger. Under the same load, the double head is twice shorter than the load of the single head, and under the same guide and nut size.
The PINSI double-headed screw has a larger load than the single-headed screw and requires a larger drive torque. Generally, the large guide screw adopts the multi-head process to increase the load and increase the stability in operation.
