- Installation of the support base
(1) Assemble the fixed supporter to the screw shaft.
(2) After inserting the fixed seat unit, tighten the lock nut and fix it with spacers and hexagon socket screws.
(3) Fix the supporting side bearing to the screw shaft with the stop ring, and install it into the supporting side bearing seat.
● Do not disassemble the supporter.
● When the screw shaft is inserted into the support unit, be careful not to overturn the flange of the oil seal ring.
● When pressing the spacer with the inner hexagon fixing screw, in order to prevent loosening, please put the inner hexagon fixing screw
2. Installed on the table
(1) When installing the nut on the table using the nut holder, insert the nut into the nut holder and tighten it temporarily.
(2) Temporarily tighten the holder unit to the base.
At this time, move the table closer to the fixed supporter and align it with the center of the shaft, and adjust the table so that it can move smoothly.
● When using the fixed seat unit as the reference, please leave a certain gap between the outer diameter of the nut and the inner diameter of the table or nut seat for adjustment.
● When using the table as the reference, adjust the shaft center height with thin shims (for square support units), or leave a certain gap between the outer surface of the circular support base and the inner surface of the mounting part (for circular support bases).
- Move the workbench close to the support unit on the support side, and align it with the center of the shaft, make the workbench reciprocate several times, and adjust until the nut can move smoothly throughout the stroke, and temporarily tighten the support unit on the base.
3. Check accuracy and tightening
Use a dial indicator to test the runout and axial clearance of the PINSI ball screw shaft end, and at the same time completely tighten the nut, nut house, fixed supporter, and supporter in sequence.
4. Connection with coupling and motor
(1) Install the motor bracket to the base.
(2) Connect the motor with the PINSI ball screw with a coupling.
