Linear guide is an important part of CNC cutting machine. It is a tool used for linear reciprocating lively. The tool exists the higher load rating that the previous linear bearing does not, and may also bear a certain load. Torque may also achieve high precision linear activity under high load premise, so that the equipment runs smoothly and correctly.
Linear guide may make CNC cutting machine to get fast feeding speed. In the case of the same spindle speed, fast feed is the characteristics of the linear guide. Then we need to adjust how the linear guide?

Specific operations are as follows.

1. Tighten 1 / 2000mm standard steel wire at both ends of the guide rail, adjust the guide rail on the two guide plates on the adjusting screws, so that the guide on both sides and the standard steel wire between the interval of a certain value, and this interval will be used as the standard interval.

2, with 20N tension, stretching accuracy of 1 / 2000mm steel tape measure, the interval between the two ends of the main, vice guide should be the span of the machine, otherwise use the whole wire to adjust the guide, while adjusting the wire to ensure that the standard interval will not shift.

3.Measure the flatness of the main guide rail and vice guide rail with 1/10000mm accuracy, and adjust the height of the guide bolt to adjust the height, so that the flatness of the main guide rail and vice guide rail two true guide rails adhere to within 0.5mm.

4. Use the pressure plate to tighten the end of each main rail and help rail, as the basic to adjust the rail level and vertical level condition, the flatness of the main rail and vice rail and the spacing between the main rail and vice rail sub-rail. The straightness of the rails is steel. The standard spacing between the guide and the side of the rail is the reference.

5. Use the adjusting pin and probe foot one by one to adjust the spacing between the two ends of each main rail and the standard wire rope, and adjust it to the standard spacing.

6. Use bubble leveler to adjust the horizontal and vertical level of the rails. Gradually calibrate from one end of the rail to the other end, and then measure the joints of the two rails to ensure that they are in a horizontal position.

7.After calibrating the main, counseling rails, vigilantly tighten the connecting bolts between the rails, and press the rails with the pressure plate. Carefully check whether the rails are allowed to move or deformation. The level of the rail joint with the side should adhere to the lubrication.
